"BEST PICKER IN THE WORLD"
E' difficile in questo vasto mondo di SL, trovare un artista di tale bravura e simpatia.
L'atmosfera e' immediata, bastano pochi tocchi alle corde e la voce chiara e sorridente di Frets ti porta fuori da un negozio di tabacco….la birra in mano, le risate forti degli amici.
I piedi battono il tempo intorno al fuoco e la magia di SL ha inizio :)))))
Frets Nirvana e' rinato in questo mondo virtuale nel Luglio 2009, introdotto da un altro
musicista SL: Von Johin (che io ringrazio personalmente lol).
Utilizza tre diverse chitarre duranti i suoi spettacoli, di solito tutte acustiche :
una Taylor GSMS, una Continental Tricone resonoator e un old National resonator del 1930.
Usa i vecchi microfoni Neumann tube, passa da un preamplificatore Joe Meek a un mixer
Alesis con firewire Mac.
Tommy Emmanuel (lunedì' 2/4/2012 a Pisa) uno dei cinque artisti che hanno ricevuto il titolo creato da Chet Atkins (Certified Guitar Player) ha notevolmente influenzato il nostro Frets con il quale ha avuto anche l'onore e il piacere di suonare :))) vedi foto .
Ma poi altri…come Jeff Beck, Jerry Reed, Merle Travis, Django Reinhardt, Phil Keaggy, Mike Dowling, Jimmi page hanno contribuito a combinare lo stile attuale di Frets Nirvana.
Cresciuto a Cleveland, dove ha suonato con artisti come Joe Walsh e Phil Keaggy, stanco delle esigenze che la RL richiede …..e' incredibilmente approdato nel mondo virtuale.
Frets e' uno dei motivi che rende giustizia ai nostri log quotidiani e alla nostra vita virtuale.
Che dire….felice di viverci, felice di esserci, felice di poter trovare la magia
"tapping Frets" nella magia di Astral.

It 's difficult in this wide world of SL, to find an artist of such skill and sympathy.
The atmosphere is immediate, it takes a few taps on the ropes and clear smiling voice takes you out of a tobacco shop .... beer in hand, the strong laught of friends.
The feet keep time around the fire and SL's magic begins :)))))
Frets Nirvana reborn into this virtual world in July 2009, introduced by another
SL musician: Von Johin (which I am personally grateful lol).
Frets plays three different guitars in his performances, usually all acoustic:
a Taylor GSMS, a Continental Tricone resonoator and an old National resonator 1930's.
Use the old Neumann tube microphones, he runs these through a Joe Meek preamp into an Alesis mixer with firewire into a Mac.
Tommy Emmanuel (Monday '2/4/2012 Pisa Italy), one of five artists who have received the title created by Chet Atkins (Certified Guitar Player) has greatly influenced our Frets with whom he also had the honor and pleasure to play :))) see the picture.
Then others artist ... like Jeff Beck, Jerry Reed, Merle Travis, Django Reinhardt, PhilKeaggy, Mike Dowling, Jimmy Page, helped to combine the present style of Frets Nirvana.
He grew in Cleveland, where he played with artists such Joe Walsh and Phil Keaggy, tired by requirements that RL demands….he has incredibly landed in the virtual world.
Frets is one of the reasons that makes justice to our daily logs in SL.
What to say .... happy to live there, happy to be there, happy to find the magic "tappingFrets" in Astral dreams.
