Gypsy Quixote plays an original, toe-tapping blend of folk, blues, bluegrass, roots rock and old-school country. Live, armed with just his acoustic guitar and gravely windpipes, he delivers heartfelt and powerful performances of his own earthy compositions, sprinkled with a spicy mix of traditional and classic covers. Veering seemlessly from barrelhouse stomps to mountain ballads and homespun story songs, his shows are always unique, engaging and inspired.
Longtime DIY guitarist/songwriter/bandleader/bus driver/tour manager for rythym'n bluesgrass daredevils Redheaded Stepchild in RL, Gypsy Quixote has toured for more than a decade, through 25 states and hundreds of cities, playing every coffeehouse, juke joint, rock club, community arts center and festival stage along the way. He now steps out on his own as a solo artist for the very first time in Second Life.
